i actually see this happen at work. older boomers do seem to give special treatment to the millenials…
it may be that the cultural gap is so wide that they view millenials’ internet-saaviness as valuable…the constant stream of information is daunting to them, but to millenials, it’s a way of life. thus, we garner respect for something that comes naturally to us…
that being said, i see a larger trend for our generation that revolves around personal branding.
but anyway: agreed with justin here. it’s the same old whine transformed by generation x angst: i don’t think the author realizes how reflexive he’s being.

This just in: previous generation becomes annoyed at new, younger generation. But don’t worry new generation, soon you’ll be old enough to start judging the next new generation on how poorly they’ll adapt to the corporate workplace. Yawn.
